Q: Is Evergreen Christian University a "real" school?
A: Yes, in fact we are listed on the Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board's
site as an religious exempt school. At Evergreen Christian University we are proud to serve you with great education for religious
studies. We do require a lot of our students for degree completion and that in itself says a lot about our determination to
respectfully stand out among other distant religious schools.
Q:
What do ECU diplomas and transcripts look like? A: ECU degrees look like that of any other educational
school of post-secondary education. The wording is slightly different, be sides that they are the same. The transcripts are
again almost identical. They are professional and you will be proud to present them to your church, ministry or another accepting
educational institutions of post-secondary Christian Education. (We we do not promise that the degree would be accepted. Of
course it is most likely any Christian school of higher education would recognize our degree.)
Q: Are ECU degree's valid for use? A: Yes, Evergreen
Christian University degrees are legal and valid for use. We cannot promise that an employer or other school of theology will
accept them. Most likely any religious entity would accept ECU degrees. Make sure to check of employment or institute you
will transfer to about their requirements.
Q: Does the Faculty have valid degrees? A: Yes,
all staff members including myself have valid Christian degrees; as well as plenty of experience and training in our respected
fields.
Q:
Why is Evergreen Christian University degrees tuition prices so low? A: Because we are in the business of bringing people
to Jesus Christ and in doing so offer degrees at affordable prices unlike any other school.
Q: Do you offer payment
plans? A: Yes. We do ask that a down payment of $200.00 be paid at time of enrollment. Evergreen
Christian University offers payment plans and discounts to veteran's, prisoners, disabled people. Other situations may
also qualify for discounts of 50% off tuition. The other fees would still be applicable. These payments have no interest fee.
Q:
When may I start my degree program? A: We do have a new semester program as also any time you
are ready. You study and work at your own pace so you may finish a degree program quicker than with other traditional schools
because this is your pace. Or you may take your time. It's up to you. Or you may opt for the semester systems the site
will give you further information.
Q: What's included in my degree package A: Your
diploma stating your name and degree signed by two university administrators, two official transcript copies and a letter
of recommendation for outstanding students! Verification services are also in place. Meaning if you need us to verify your
education from ECU we are more than happy to assist you with references and or transcripts. (Note; transcripts are $10.00
each).
Q:
Is there any alumni benefits? A: Yes, it's still in the process of getting put together but
we are making services available to graduate of ECU. Be it religious information contact with other graduates.
Q: Is ECU Accredited?
A: In Washington State a school claiming religious exemption cannot claim accreditation unless
it is DOE approved. Call the University to learn more about accreditation
