Statement
Our mission is to convey the gospel of Jesus Christ
to others. People need to see the love shine forth that comes along with knowing Christ personally and intimately. ECU gives
encouragement in Christ through His grace. The world is in need of His refinement. Through the study of God's word people
begin to have a different attitude toward life. A new and positive outlook causes mountains to no longer appear steep, but
rather just a little higher. Life doesn't seem to be a waste of existence, but rather a gift. Believers begin to spiritually
see that our Heavenly Father loves each and every one of us.
Our Divine Design
Evergreen
Christian University was designed to shine forth sound biblical doctrine at the post-secondary level. Sound doctrine brightens
the torch in your soul so that you might shine with the certainty and the hope that we have in Christ Jesus. ECU is dedicated
to all students, whatever the calling to function in the body of Christ, whether pastoral, evangelical or Christian lay worker.
We have programs that will best fit your need to grow in the Christian faith! We are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ,
the Messiah. It is in the gospel that we learn the one and only way to salvation is through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We offer innovative Christian education. Evergreen Christian
University is an umbrella affiliate under Raining Faith Ministry. Raining Faith Ministry is dedicated to promoting quality
Christian education at the post-secondary education level.
The Washington State Higher Education Coordinating
Board Statement
The Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board has determined
that Evergreen Christian University qualifies for religious exempt status from the Degree Granting Institutions Act for the
following programs; Associate of Bible Studies (A,B,S), Associate of Christian Philosophy (A.C.Phil), Associate of Full Gospel
Fundamentals (A.F.G.F.); Bachelor of Christian Counseling (B.C.C.); Bachelor of Full Gospel Fundamentals (B.F.G.F.); Bachelor
of Theology Studies (B.T.S.); Masters of Christian Counseling (M.C.C.); Masters of Ministries (M.Min); Doctorate of Christian
Counseling (D.C.C); Doctorate of Christian Leadership During Disaster (D.C.L.D); Doctorate of Evangelism (D.E.); Doctorate
of Ministries (D.Min). The HECB makes no evaluation of the Administration, faculty, busines practices, financial condition
or quality of the offering by this institution.

this means is that we are able through religious exemption to grant "Christian Degree programs, of which are given religious
exemption through, "The Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board. RFM ~ Full Gospel Of Christ Fellowship

The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a Divinely Ordained
Institution, a spiritual organism made up of all God's children, found among many groups, fellowships, and organizations that
often overlap in their local expression.
The IRS uses
such terminology as the "subordinate organization" is to be "under the supervision and control" of the
"parent organization." But we don't like such implications. Jesus said, "Henceforth I call you not servants...but
I have called you friends..." (John 15:15). And He said, "...all ye are brethren" (Matthew 23:8).
We consider our credential-ed ministers as teammates united in Christ; our
affiliate organizations as units of FGCFI; your ministry as part of our outreach, and you as our representative.
The Full Gospel of Christ Fellowship, Inc., is an organization of organizations,
but claims no ecclesiastical authority over its affiliates. Worldly organizations assume the form of a pyramid of power, and
each officer makes much of their own position in the chain of command. But Jesus plainly said this kind of authority system
shall not be among us (Matthew 20:25-27 and Luke 22:25, 26).
The
FGCFI has no intentions of ever exercising any attributes of religious authority over any affiliated Church or Christian ministry,
so as to undermine the freedom of God's servants to carry out their work, activities, and programs as they feel led by God.
Rather, we are dedicated to upholding the uncompromising sovereignty of our Affiliate Organizations. We dare not interfere
in the affairs of our Churches, or dictate to our evangelists.
The Principle Office of the FGCFI simply serves as a tax-exempt Umbrella, a central point of reference
for spiritual unity and legal identity, and offers information, encouragement, and counsel to those who want it.
We are devoted to fostering love and unity among God-called pastors and
evangelists everywhere.
